Gingerbread Faces

During our first week back at school, we read the Gingerbread Man. Much to our surprise, the gingerbread cut-out disappeared from our classroom! After a hunt around the new school, we found him. Look for a book in your child's Friday Envelope that describes how to prevent a ginger bread man from escaping. We also read Gingerbread Fred and compared it to the traditional Gingerbread Man book. We ended the week by decorating gingerbread faces and eating them. Yum, yum!
