Earth Day


St. Jude's is celebrating
Earth Day
this Friday.
Students will be picking up garbage at a local park. Come dressed in blue or green to show your spirit.

Bring a garbage bag to school on Friday and receive 100 house points.

On Monday, bring your skateboard or scooter to school. We will be using the skateboards and scooters as we inquire into our unit of inquiry called "Make It Go!" Don't forget your helmet! Please bring a helmet even if you do not have a skateboard or scooter.

Litterless Lunch Week

Litterless lunch week starts on Tuesday. Pack a litterless lunch and earn house points. There will not be a garbage available. All garbage, including yougurt containers, drinking boxes and other similar items will be sent home in your child's lunch box. Please pack your child's lunch in reusable containers.

If you have any toilet paper tubes or styrofoam meat trays, please bring them in on Monday. We will be using them for a science experiment.
